Acceptance of Terms
You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions when you access or use DIGITALMARKETING.INC (“the Website”). You can’t use the Website for anything illegal, fraudulent, or against the rules. If you don’t agree with these terms, please stop using the Website right away. You agree to these Terms if you keep using the Website.
General
- DIGITALMARKETING.INC will not start working until a confirmed purchase order is received by email or mail.
- When the proposal is approved, you must pay the full amount (100% of the quoted amount).
- Fees for domain registration and hosting are separate, non-refundable, and payable in advance.
- A project manager will be assigned to the project, and the client must work with them to finish it on time.
- There is a separate fee for maintenance services.
- The client needs to give us all the necessary content on time for the project to stay on schedule. If you don’t submit your content on time, the deadlines may be changed.
Changes to the Website
DIGITALMARKETING.INC can change, stop, or take down any part of the Website at any time, with or without notice. These Terms and Conditions may also change at any time. If you keep using the Website after these changes, you agree to the new terms.
Website Design
- DIGITALMARKETING.INC will do everything it can to make sure that the Website works perfectly and has no bugs, but it can’t promise that it will not have any issues.
- DIGITALMARKETING.INC owns the website design, server, code, and graphics until all payments are made.
- DIGITALMARKETING.INC owns the copyright to all original work unless the parties agree otherwise. You need written permission to copy or sell the work.
- Clients are responsible for making sure they have the right to use any images, text, or graphics they send in for their Website. DIGITALMARKETING.INC is not responsible for any copyright violations that happen because of content provided by clients.
- The client will have to pay for any extra work that is not covered by the original agreement.
Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or impossible to enforce, that part will be removed, and the rest will still apply.
Payment of Accounts
- Before work can start, new clients may have to pay a deposit.
- Hosting and related costs must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.
- Unless you agree to something else, all bills must be paid within 30 days. If you don’t do this, you may lose access to the Website and other services.
Cancellation and Refunds
- Once services have been provided, all fees are final and cannot be refunded.
- A 50% refund will be given if a cancellation request is made within seven (7) days of the invoice date. After this time, no refunds will be given.
Responsibility for Content
- All content uploaded, published, or shared through the Website is the client’s full responsibility.
- Content must not violate laws or third-party rights.
- Clients should make copies of their content.
- The client must give any legal notices, warnings, or disclaimers that the law requires.
- DIGITALMARKETING.INC is not responsible for any data, materials, or content submitted by clients.
Liability of the Client’s Business
DIGITALMARKETING.INC is not responsible for the client’s business operations, transactions, or customer relationships once the Website is finished and live. The client is the only one who is responsible for any risks, disagreements, fraud, or debts that come up in their business.
